Tech @ Tamaki college

In the morning room 20 and 19 lined up in the court yard we were rearranged in to grumps of 3 we also had to have covered footwear. I was fulled with excitement and most of all I was waiting for a new experience to arrived and start cooking some beautiful food.Everyone was prepared to leave the gates of Pt.England and arrived though the gates of Tamaki collage.

Once we were leaving we leaded by Mrs Nua we were hurried along on the footpath waiting for the time to arrived as we wounder down . All of us were surprise , when we arrived at Tamaki we all couldn't wait to do some cooking with our group.

First we went straight to Miss Heka class and stayed in line and listen to Miss Heka To tell us about what we a doing. So we got a apron and put it on and went to are kitchen and stayed there and watch what we were going to cook.Miss Heka said we were cooking Chow main our ingredients were Meat, Onions, thin egg Noodles, Veges, Soy sauce and Chicken soup. Our equipment were 2 measuring cups, 2 measuring bowls, 2 chopping boards [red,green], measuring spoon, wooden spoon. With me I had Ocean for my partner we had started to work so Ocean got a trolley and got the equipment out and then decided who was going to wash, dry or pack I decided that I was going to Dry and pack and Ocean was going to wash. So then we got told to to go and get the ingredients first we went to go get the Thin egg noodles and the rest.

First place noodles in large bowl with hot water sock for 2 minutes then drain. Combain stock,soy sauce,and oyster sauce in a small bowl. Stir to mix thorugnly. Place it of oil into frying pan and saute the oninos. Add the meat and cook until brown. Add noddles and then the sauce. Cook for further 3-4 minutes,reduce the heat then leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Then Serve into individual bowls.

When we had finished we had gave a plate to Mrs Nua as well Then we all finished and Mrs Nua gave us a thumps up and we had enjoyed the rest of the day being happy.
